Behind the Curtain

Tour The Foundry

A century of stagecraft, backstage corners, and the Founders' Bar, in about forty-five minutes.

Built in 1923 as a machine shop and reborn as a playhouse a decade later, The Foundry still carries its working-building bones: exposed brick, the original fly system, and a backstage crossover narrow enough to have started more than a few pre-show friendships.

Our guides, mostly members of the acting company and crew, walk you through the house, the wings, the greenroom, and the Founders' Bar, with a story at every stop.
